Very slow shipping, took 3 weeks to get order , the tracking was absolutely horrendous as there was no way to actually tell where the order was at or when it would arrive. Will never order from here again.

My new mod and tank quit working about three hours after I started using it. Your company is great because they responded quickly and I sent them a video of the issue. They sent me return labels and I have shipped the device back to the company. I intend on getting the same device in exchange for the faulty one. I just hope the device can be shipped to me as soon as possible. 5 stars for the company. 2 stars due to the device not working and having to wait on the new one to arrive.

The slowest delivery system I've ever encountered during modern day shopping on the internet, and that includes international orders (shipping). Really sad!

Good flavor, not too sweet. I do charge it more than some but I still prefer it to a non charging disposable.

I can not believe how fast I received my order! I had actually bought the same set up directly from geekvape. Well after a week and a half it never showed up. So my wife ordered from element, and I kid you not it was there the very next day! Outstanding! I will only order from element from her on out. Thanks guys!
