They’ve got a big selection. I went on there just looking for a new pod kit and somehow ended up finding coils, juice, and extra pods too, all in one spot. The site was easy enough to poke around, and they had brands I actually use, which was nice. Definitely way more choices than my local shop, so yeah, I’ll probably be back

I made my purchase expecting the points to be added like usual, but they never showed up. I waited to see if it was just delayed, then checked again later and still nothing. I’ve tried to get this sorted out, but at this point it feels like it needs to be escalated because I’m not getting the credit I should have received.

Everything in my order was correct, and I did not run into any issues. It was a smooth experience overall

Am I the only one who gets why the rules are there but still finds the whole process kind of annoying? Element Vape did follow the shipping restrictions for my state, so I understand why my order had extra steps and took longer than expected. It’s just a little frustrating when you’re trying to buy something simple and it turns into a bigger process. Customer service was fine overall, not the fastest, but they did respond and answer my questions. Not a bad experience, just not exactly the smoothest either.

It worked fine for the most part, but there were a couple of small issues that felt avoidable. Nothing major, just enough to make the experience a little less smooth than it could’ve been

I placed an order with Element Vape and had one of those moments where I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with it, so I reached out to customer service. I didn’t get an instant reply, but it also wasn’t like I was left hanging forever. When they did get back to me, the answer was clear and easy to understand, which I appreciated because I really didn’t want to deal with a bunch of back-and-forth. Overall, the experience was good and I felt informed enough along the way. If they had responded a little faster, it would’ve been a full 5 stars for me.

They helped me fast, though I kind of feel like I had to nudge them a bit more than I should’ve. Still, once they got on it, things moved quickly.

My order was on backorder for a bit, which was kind of ridiculous, but to their credit they kept me updated the whole time. I appreciated not being left wondering what was going on.

I was a little cautious about the packaging, but it arrived in a plain box with nothing obvious on the outside, which I really appreciated. It did show up a day later than expected, so I kept an eye on the tracking just to be safe. Overall though, the experience was good and everything arrived fine...

I’ve been using it for a bit and, it feels sturdy. It works well overall, though I keep wondering if I’m overlooking something since I haven’t had it that long. But so far, I’m happy with it.

I’ve ordered from Element Vape a few times now, usually when they’ve got coupon codes or some kind of holiday sale going on. Like I said, I mostly go there for the deals, and the discounts are usually solid. I also like that sale stuff is easy to find and not buried all over the site. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some promo codes don’t work on certain brands, which can be a little annoying when you’re already at checkout. But like I said, I’ve saved money on coils and juice more than once, so I’ll probably keep checking back when I need to restock.

Ive ordered from here a few times now and everything has shown up right. Nothing felt sketchy and I havent had any problems, so Id say its been a solid experience.

I’m not sure if I missed something or if I should’ve followed up sooner, but my delivery just never showed up. I kept waiting and checking, thinking maybe it was delayed, but nothing ever arrived...

My vape showed up damaged, which was kind of annoying at first, not gonna lie. But I reached out and they replaced it quick, so… yeah, ended up being fine. Support was chill about it too, no weird hassle or anything

Got my vape and coils, and yeah, everything looked legit with the proper packaging and all. No issues with the products themselves. I’m just knocking off one star because the shipping was a bit slower than I expected.

I was going to order a few things, but the shipping cost was seriously way too high. For a small order, it just didn’t feel worth it at all.

Element Vape usually has the coils and pods I’m looking for in stock, which is a relief. Who wants to bounce around five different sites just to find basic stuff? Some colors or flavors do sell out quickly, but that happens. Overall, they’re still better than most other places I check, so I’d give them 4 stars.

My order got here with one bottle missing, which was annoying since I’d already been waiting for it. I emailed support with a picture of what showed up and my order number, and I wasn’t sure how much back and forth there would be, but... They replied the next day and shipped out the missing bottle without making it a whole thing. It did take a few more days to arrive, but it got here. Not a perfect experience, obviously, but they fixed it, so I’d probably order from them again.

I’ve been looking around at a few different vape sites, and Element Vape kept coming up cheaper for the stuff I wanted. Even before adding any deals or discounts, the prices just seemed better. Shipping wasn’t bad either, not crazy expensive or anything, so the total still felt fair. Overall I’m happy with what I paid, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

I ended up canceling my order, just kind of changed my mind and didn’t need it after all, and I was wondering if the refund would be a hassle, but it came through quickly, so that was nice. Not much else to say, it was simple enough.
